Located on the northern beaches, this design used minimal change to dramatic effect. By relocating internal walls, removing an unnecessary corridor and adding only12m², an inadequate family room was transformed into a living space appropriate for the 5 bedroom family home.

As such a small section was being added, the detailing of the building both internally and externally complimented the existing.
